Rs150 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document outlines the terms and rules governing the use of the rs150 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the rs150 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you must stop using the platform immediately.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and rs150 ("Platform"). Continued use of the platform following the publication of any updated terms will be deemed acceptance of those updated terms.

The rs150 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and take full responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided during registration.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering more than one account is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Providing registration information that is accurate, complete, and up to date;
  • Keeping your password and account login details confidential;
  • Ensuring no other party accesses your account without authorisation;
  • Notifying rs150 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Rs150 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. Any activity that occurs on your account will be treated as your own action, unless you have reported a security issue to us.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

As an rs150 user, you agree not to engage in any activity that violates these Terms or applicable law. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform:

  • Using bots, automated software, or any unauthorised mechanism to interact with the platform;
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform's systems;
  • Sharing your login credentials or allowing others to access your account;
  • Conducting transactions linked to money laundering or any other illegal activity;
  • Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process;
  • Abusing bonuses, promotions, or the platform's rewards system in any unfair manner.

Rs150 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these Terms and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure without compensation.

4. Payments, Transactions & Currency

All transactions on the rs150 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made using a valid payment method registered in your own name.

Regarding deposits and withdrawals:

  • Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to the platform's policies, which may change from time to time;
  • Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified bank account registered under the same name as your rs150 account;
  • Rs150 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits;
  • Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment method selected and may take up to 3 business days;
  • Any transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the user.

Rs150 does not accept deposits or withdrawals in any currency other than MYR unless explicitly stated by the platform. Any transaction suspected of involving illicit funds will be reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

Rs150 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses incurred by users arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, service disruptions due to technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. rs150's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

Account Suspension & Closure

Rs150 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:

  • Breaching any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
  • Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity;
  • Failure to provide identity verification documents when requested;
  • Account has been inactive beyond the period specified under the platform's policy.

If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending the outcome of the investigation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the rs150 platform, including logos, text, graphics, software, and the user interface, is the exclusive property of rs150. You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, or modify any content without prior written consent from rs150.

Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

The platform may contain links or references to third-party services. rs150 is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of those external sites. rs150 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via the platform. Continued use of the platform after any updated terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of those changes. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
